Director Partnerships
Leading our Partnerships team, you will continuously expand our partner and customer network and thus proactively support us in promoting corporate climate protection.
Your tasks
- Directing our team of Partnership Managers (sales, client support, account management) to ensure high quality in our work with corporate clients, including the responsibility for team development and growth
- Nurturing and expanding our cooperation with strategic partners and clients
- Expansion of the FORLIANCE Climate Solutions network globally, with a focus on Europe
- Close collaboration with our experts for corporate climate strategy and climate protection projects
- Direct strategic coordination with the management team
- Tracking current developments in the voluntary carbon market as well as international best practices for corporate climate action
Your profile
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in B2B account management/sales and corporate climate action, ideally including voluntary carbon markets
- Proven ability to lead and structure teams in achieving results for both business and climate
- Sound understanding of the challenges of companies in their pursuit of impactful climate action
- Strategic competence and ability to communicate effectively about strategic priorities
- Fluent written and spoken English and German are required, Spanish and/or French an added advantage
